2nd Shift Union Warehouse Associate

About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to help prepare, receive, and stock customer orders and incoming materials. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker), using RF devices, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. The union pay rate is $23.03 per hour. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free facility.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Maintain focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
