About The Position
A busy warehouse and distribution company is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The role is suited to individuals with warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling experience. This is a full-time, long-term temp-to-hire position. The schedule varies by position, and pay is $12.00–$16.00 with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience is preferred.
- Experience with order picking, shipping, or receiving is a plus.
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Move, organize, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
