About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate, also referred to in the posting as a Package Handler, to support warehouse operations. This role contributes to smooth operations by handling packages with a focus on quality and safety. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., for approximately 30–40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs, and the shift ends after required sorting and cleanup activities are completed as directed by site management. The position is based at 9715 N Virginia St., Reno, NV 89506. Pay is $19.50 per hour, paid weekly, with an additional $1 per hour on Fridays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary with the seasons, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is identified as the company’s first core value.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the work.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
