About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 201 Progress Dr., Montgomeryville, PA 18936. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by working safely, maintaining quality, and helping create a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Teamwork is important, and all employees work together to complete the job.

The listed pay is $18.00 per hour. Shifts are Thursday through Saturday, either 1:30 AM to 8:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 7:30 AM, with both schedules continuing until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completing all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The position requires staying on your feet, working in seasonal heat and cold, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements
