About The Position
IntelliPro is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate for an entry-level, two-month contract position in Union City, California. No prior warehouse experience is required. The role involves receiving and organizing shipments, preparing products for dispatch, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe. The successful candidate will be willing to learn, work well with a team, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment. Pay is $21–$23 per hour.
Requirements
- No prior warehouse experience is required; freshers are welcome.
- Ability to work in a physically active environment.
- Ability to lift and move packages or materials as required.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload boxes and materials safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment after receiving proper training.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Assist with stocking, moving, and organizing products.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
