About The Position

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipping or storage. The role helps ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time while maintaining quality and safety standards. The position is based at 2549 Innovation Drive, Marion, Ohio, and works the third shift: Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Overtime is listed as 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays are included. Pay starts at $18 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Have good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic and have basic reading and math skills.
Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist.
Be able to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
Possess communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Be detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Stand-up equipment experience is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick stock windows according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock.
Ensure picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping.
Use stand-up equipment, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
