About The Position

Iron Oak Energy has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate at its Kermit, Texas plant. The role supports the preparation, handling, shipping, receiving, storage, and organization of products, supplies, and inventory across multiple warehouses. The associate operates a forklift and related equipment, performs inventory checks, and maintains warehouse housekeeping. The position requires compliance with MSHA regulations and safe warehouse practices, participation in company training, and the ability to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Pleasant, professional manner.
• Ability to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing 1–60 pounds for short durations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with IFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, handle, and manage product shipments.
• Operate a forklift and associated equipment to receive and warehouse supplies.
• Arrange and organize products and materials in multiple warehouses.
• Inspect and verify products, materials, and equipment before storing them.
• Load and unload inventory materials.
• Participate in company-provided training.
• Comply with MSHA rules and regulations and safe warehouse practices.
• Help perform inventory checks as required.
• Maintain housekeeping across multiple warehouses on site.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties.
