About The Position

The Warehouse Associate performs assigned warehouse duties in a timely and safe manner. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, maintaining and rotating cooler inventory, staging trucks, picking orders, receiving and putting away inbound products, replenishing and moving warehouse products, and handling repack work. The associate also performs deliveries and pickups, maintains draft trailers and equipment, and operates forklifts and other warehouse vehicles. Work takes place in an open warehouse with varying temperatures. The schedule is primarily Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m., with Saturday work from 8 a.m. to noon on a rotating basis; holiday weeks may include Friday hours. The listed hourly salary is $21.83.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or a valid driver’s license and commitment to obtain a Class A CDL within the 90-working-day introductory period.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, defined as no more than two moving violations or two accidents, no distracted-driving violation in the past three years, and no major violations in the past four years.
• Ability to interact positively with others, internally and externally.
• Commitment to perform all duties safely.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and various motor vehicles, including delivery tractor-trailers.
• Ability to maneuver up to 170 pounds, with or without a wheeler.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including frequent standing and walking, hand and finger dexterity, and repetitive grasping, reaching, and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load delivery trucks using the Easy Pick WMS application and follow Matesich and AB InBev standards.
• Keep CEW/Draft cooler products clean, organized, and rotated according to Matesich and AB InBev standards.
• Stage trucks for loading and delivery.
• Perform repack functions.
• Safely operate a forklift and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Pick invoices as assigned.
• Accurately unload, receive, and put away inbound loads and load outbound loads using the Easy Ops WMS application.
• Use Easy Ops to complete replenishment tasks and move products in the warehouse as needed.
• Pick and load orders for the retail counter.
• Deliver, pick up, and clean draft trailers and associated equipment.
• Perform Hot Shot deliveries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
