About The Position

The Warehouse Associate assists with inbound or outbound warehouse activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor, while meeting quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. In inbound operations, the role receives products, including unloading trucks and checking products into the warehouse management system. In outbound operations, the role picks products and loads them into trucks. The position may also involve storing specialty products under applicable requirements, including refrigeration rules. The role is based at a climate-controlled facility at 3000 Mark IV Pkwy, Fort Worth, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 p.m. and continuing until work is complete; mandatory overtime is required. The anticipated hourly pay range is $19.36–$22.11, based on experience and including shift differential. The position is not bonus eligible.

Requirements

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfort working regularly at heights of 20–30 feet.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience, preferred.
High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks in the inbound section using a pallet jack or equivalent device to remove pallets.
Use the Manhattan Warehouse Management System to check in products.
Follow applicable regulations when storing refrigerated specialty products.
Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
Pick products from warehouse locations and load them into outbound trucks.
Operate material-handling equipment as required, including order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
