About The Position

The Warehouse Associate pulls totes and packages from conveyors or pallets, verifies part numbers and quantities, confirms requested value-added services, and prepares unit loads for transport. The role prepares packing slips, bills of lading or manifests, labels, and other required documentation; selects suitable containers and packing materials; packages orders to prevent damage; and moves completed orders to conveyors or pallets while confirming shipments in the computer system. The associate may occasionally operate shrink-wrap or I-Pak machines, pallet jacks, or forklifts after obtaining required in-house certification. The role supports quality, productivity, safety, delivery, and cost goals; follows standard operating procedures; participates in job qualification audits; maintains 5S standards through foreign-object detection and location maintenance; and cross-trains in other areas as needed. The associate works collaboratively, independently with minimal supervision when needed, and with a sense of urgency, while maintaining attendance and being available for overtime as business demands require. The position requires a high school diploma or GED. Prior warehouse experience is preferred. It also requires English communication and reading skills, basic computer navigation and typing, accurate counting and simple math, and the ability to perform the stated physical tasks. Because the role involves access to information or hardware subject to ITAR, the employee must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
