About The Position

Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our industrial installation and relocation operations. This role is responsible for managing materials, equipment, and inventory that support large-scale machinery installation and relocation projects. The Warehouse Associate will ensure materials are received, stored, organized, and distributed efficiently to meet project and operational needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment experience preferred.
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of equipment, parts, and materials.
Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations while maintaining organization and safety standards.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials and tools for shipment to job sites and project teams.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all equipment and materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard areas.
Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines when handling materials and equipment.
Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installation and relocation projects.
