About The Position

That's why we employ dedicated teams of customer service and sales representatives, and operations personnel to ensure each of our customers are offered the same attention to detail. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift) to be an integral part of our operations team! In this role, you will help ensure the seamless flow of products throughout the warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and ready to support multiple areas of the warehouse to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and a safe work environment. This position offers hands-on experience across all warehouse functions and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the team. Team members hired into warehouse operations will be cross-trained across multiple departments, enabling workforce flexibility and efficient support of changing business demands.

Requirements

  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Ability to assess item condition and quality quickly and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency with handheld electronic devices, including barcode scanners.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to assist across multiple warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining accuracy, quality, and proper organization.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, shelving, and warehouse spaces for efficiency and safety.
  • Assist with shipping, labeling, staging, and loading outbound orders, supporting overall warehouse operations.
  • Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and reporting, to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
