About The Position

National Fulfillment Services, located at 5208 Stilwell Street, Kansas City, MO is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates to join our team! This role is part of a team, following best practices, to fulfill customer orders and safely deliver product to the staging area. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an essential role in achieving service levels for our customers, including safety, productivity, and accuracy. You will communicate and work with other team members to ensure proper movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This role is responsible for handling products for various operations processes, including receiving, order picking & packing, shipping, and inventory control. The role requires using material handling equipment and Radio Frequency (RF technology). You will execute all tasks following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent work methods are used. You will participate in inventory activities, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts. You will move empty pallets depositing them at the designated pallet holding location. You will keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from obstructions with all debris placed in proper containers or designated areas. You will operate equipment and complete tasks consistent with Company Health and Safety Policies. You will demonstrate respect for the organization's values. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experienced Warehouse Associates
  • Organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Able to adapt to change and easily adopt new processes required to meet changing business needs.
