We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Livonia CSO to help our warehouse team operate at its best. In this role, you’ll support daily warehouse operations and help ensure timely, accurate deliveries to our customers. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on business needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Previous experience operating power industrial vehicles, such as a forklift, required
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
  • Ability to safely operate a stake truck or similar delivery vehicle for local customer deliveries
  • Ability to load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and accurately
  • Commitment to safety and ability to use all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers at delivery locations
  • Proven team player
  • Must meet company driving standards
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record review
  • Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with job requirements
  • DOT medical card will be required, if applicable to vehicle type and local regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred, especially with local routes and material transport

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for warehouse movement, customer interactions, and local transportation coordination
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately and efficiently
  • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory to support smooth warehouse operations
  • Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as forklifts, while maintaining equipment in safe working condition
  • Drive a stake truck to complete local customer deliveries in a safe, timely, and professional manner
  • Verify delivery loads for accuracy, secure materials properly, and complete deliveries according to company procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service during delivery and warehouse interactions
  • Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective day-to-day operation
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in warehouse and delivery activities
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required
