About The Position

Responsible for a variety of warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods within the A&B Process Systems JBT MAREL CORPORATION facility, ensuring efficient and accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Certification for forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies or damages.
Unload and load trucks using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
Pick and stage orders according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Pack items securely for shipment, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
Prepare shipping documents, including labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
