About The Position

Parts Authority is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support its Collision Auto Parts division. The role supports distribution operations by receiving, stocking, picking, organizing, and replenishing inventory, including oversized collision parts such as bumpers, fenders, and hoods. The associate helps maintain accurate inventory and ensures outgoing orders are staged properly for delivery. The posting lists first- and second-shift openings and an hourly rate of $19.00.

Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot, cold, and drafty conditions.
Basic verbal and written English communication skills.
Comply with company safety policies and use required safety equipment.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
Certification for pallet jacks or related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming collision parts and shipments.
Pick, stage, and organize parts for delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
Keep large-part storage areas organized and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Safely operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment if certified.
Conduct inventory counts, keep inventory records, and report discrepancies.
Follow proper lifting, stacking, and safety procedures when handling oversized items.
Assist with loading morning delivery vans and unloading returns at the end of the day.
Support general warehouse operations as assigned.
Develop familiarity with common collision components and related parts to help maintain accuracy and reduce order errors.
