About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at 3608 Queen Palm Drive, Building A, Tampa, FL 33619. The role contributes to smooth warehouse operations by working safely, following protocols, and maintaining quality. The schedule is part-time, approximately 24–30 hours per week across 4–5 variable days, with a stated Thursday-to-Monday schedule and shifts from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Pay is $16 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stay on your feet while working.
• Able to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Follow safety protocols and prioritize safety.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete warehouse operations.
• Complete cleanup activities as directed by site management.
