About The Position

TSC, an industry-leading specialty contractor providing construction crews and management to install cellular equipment on communications structures, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its Warehouse and Construction Management Teams. The role involves receiving, organizing, inspecting, storing, and preparing telecommunications materials for pickup and delivery while maintaining accurate inventory records. The associate must follow applicable OSHA and TSC safety rules, operate a forklift safely, and may drive a box truck for pickups and deliveries when needed. The position requires self-motivation, good time management, and the ability to work with little supervision at times while completing warehouse duties.

Requirements

Ability to be trained and licensed or certified to operate forklift equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience.
Knowledge of applicable telecommunications material products.

Responsibilities

Follow all applicable OSHA and TSC safety rules and procedures.
Receive incoming telecommunications materials and place them into inventory.
Organize and maintain the warehouse to use storage space effectively and enable quick retrieval of products for shipment.
Pull ordered material from inventory and stage it for pickups and deliveries.
Maintain products in quality, marketable condition.
Keep accurate inventory records.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, including handling heavy and awkward loads.
Estimate forklift load weights to ensure delivery vehicles are properly loaded and not overweight.
Sort products to identify and remove defective material.
Drive a box truck up to 26 feet for pickups and deliveries when needed.
Manage time and complete required warehouse duties with little supervision at times.
