About The Position

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to prepare customer orders and handle incoming materials. The role involves safely operating a stand-up forklift, using RF devices and other technology to process orders, and keeping the facility clean and safe. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20 per hour or more depending on experience.

Three to five years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 pounds.
