About The Position

Ferraro Foods is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to support multiple areas of warehouse operations. The role helps ensure food products are stored, moved, and prepared accurately so customers receive what they need when they need it. Associates select and build orders, put away and replenish products, move inventory, maintain organization and safety, and use warehouse equipment and systems. The work takes place in a multi-temperature warehouse that includes refrigerated and freezer areas.

Requirements

• Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks and reach trucks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move products weighing up to 80 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks continuously throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay on task.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Select and build customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Put away incoming product in the correct warehouse locations.
• Replenish pick slots so products are available to selectors.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using equipment as needed.
• Keep aisles organized and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Follow FIFO product rotation to maintain inventory quality.
• Use RF scanners to track, move, and manage products.
• Support different warehouse areas based on daily needs.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations wherever needed.
