About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports and coordinates warehouse and distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies. The role reports to the Operations Manager and has no direct reports. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments and deliveries, supporting inventory and purchasing activities, receiving and handling products, maintaining batteries and warehouse equipment, and assisting drivers and coworkers. The position also includes routine cleanup and other duties assigned by the supervisor. The role is performed across various locations, including customer sites and Concentric facilities, often alongside coworkers. Exposure to live electrical components is common, and the noise level is moderate. The employee is expected to sit or stand for up to eight hours and meet the physical demands described below. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to organize one's own work and work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, including across remote offices.
Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to lift 20–30 pounds repetitively.
Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Previous warehouse work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Request cartage quotes as needed and confirm ship dates.
Schedule or monitor the pickup, delivery, or distribution of materials.
Provide routing information to coordinate delivery times and locations.
Respond to customer or shipper questions about services.
Track shipments in transit and expedite orders when necessary.
Coordinate production, inventory, and purchasing activities.
Follow or implement warehouse safety and security activities.
Inspect the physical condition of incoming products and inspect warehouse facilities, vehicles, or equipment; schedule testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed.
Follow standards and procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping products.
Follow plans for changes in space allocation.
Receive batteries, charge and monitor them as needed, repackage them, and inspect them as needed.
Order shipping and warehouse supplies as needed.
Inspect vehicles according to daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled guides.
Stock and rotate warehouse inventory.
Load and unload company route trucks and delivery vehicles.
Provide forklift and labor support to delivery drivers and coworkers.
Perform daily cleanup routines and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Resolve client-billing problems and contribute to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
