About The Position

To accurately ship customer orders and packages in a timely manner. Receive products and stage for quality checks.

Requirements

• Must possess knowledge of daily shipping and receiving functions.
• Three to five years warehouse experience required.
• Basic knowledge of computer experience required.
• Basic math required.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Operation of a forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the shipping of materials from Crown Laboratories to our vendors and customers.
• Responsible for all activities associated with the receiving of components, raw materials, and distributed products
• Review and package all invoiced orders assuring complete accuracy for shipment, working closely with the Dallas office.
• Use the UPS shipping system to ship all invoices.
• Take inventory once per month listing part number, lot number and quantity of each item in inventory.
• Keep inventory control informed of all changes in inventory quantities.
• Receive all returned goods and document so they can be put back in stock or determine if damaged or out of date stock needs to be destroyed with QA approval.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Follow all cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures.
