About The Position

The Lancaster Bingo Company is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position involves performing a variety of warehouse functions to facilitate the movement of products for sale, including restocking, pulling loads, and loading trucks. The company works to help charities raise money through charitable gaming, supporting various causes like building soccer fields, fire stations, supporting Veterans, and youth groups.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Ability to use forklifts, pallet jacks, equipment and hand tools associated with the warehousing of products.
Self-starter/self-motive, works well independently
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a criminal background check
Must possess a valid drivers’ license
Must be dependable and reliable

Responsibilities

Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; pulls product loads to staging area for the shipping of product
Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completes reports by entering required information.
Returns any unsold product into stock areas from the trucks
Loads and verifies products on the trucks
Restocks empty bin locations
Keep safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Completes any other work or projects as requested from the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers, as needed.
