Requirements

  • Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment preferred
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred (training provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product and documentation
  • Ability to reliably report to scheduled shifts and meet operational demands
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Ability to work safely with petroleum and lubricant products
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
  • Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred or ability to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move product
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, identifying any shortages, overages, or damage
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery and will-call in accordance with shipping schedules
  • Handle and repackage bulk and packaged lubricant products into appropriate containers, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and safe handling
  • Develop a working knowledge of product types and safe handling requirements
  • Label shipments and verify order accuracy, including required paperwork
  • Load trucks based on purchase orders and delivery requirements
  • Perform quality control checks on containers, equipment, and documentation
  • Support inventory control processes and maintain accurate product counts and documentation
  • Conduct daily equipment and work area inspections, including forklift safety checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns immediately
  • Support team operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed
