About The Position

They are holding weekly open interviews for various warehouse roles, including Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Clerk, and Warehouse Management Trainee. Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
Order entry, administrative and warehouse experience a plus.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

Order entry, administrative and warehouse experience a plus.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers.
Organize inbound vendor receipts and initiate shipments with carrier partners.
Set-up daily workflow for either shipping or receiving departments.
Create distribution orders for our customers within the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Partner with leadership on improving key department metrics and warehouse staffing.
Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
