About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by focusing on quality and following safety protocols. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and helping maintain a productive and secure workplace. Shifts are listed for Friday through Monday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Sunday through Thursday, with early-morning start times. Hours may vary based on business needs, and employees may work until all required sorting and cleanup activities are complete as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
• Follow safety protocols and prioritize workplace safety.
