About The Position

WSW Logistics, a proud part of a family-owned business with over 140 years of history, is growing and seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for their Sturgeon Bay, WI location. They specialize in commercial real estate, property management, and supply chain solutions, emphasizing the importance of their people. The role offers a steady 6 AM–3 PM schedule, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for changing business needs, and time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (OSHA-approved)
• Ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations
• Manage inventory
• Pick and pack orders
• Handle paperwork and bills of lading
• Provide customer service
• Assist in creating custom procedures and tracking progress
