About The Position
This role is responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, preparing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position involves operating a forklift and requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
- Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Open bales, crates, and other containers.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed manually. May also assist in counting physical inventory.
- Prepare material for distribution and other entities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; sweep, dust, and mop. Always organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness.
- Responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking, and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service.
- Wear the proper safety equipment.
- Forklift operation for various tasks including maintenance.
