Warehouse A DSW
About The Position
Performs all functions associated with material handling and material distribution. This includes cycle counting product in the warehouse daily, receiving and unloading incoming inventory items, assisting in the inspection of product when received, and correcting mistakes found on the inventory count sheet. The role involves working with the stock manager to address any problems with orders and resolving issues with how the warehouse is stocked. Additionally, the associate will assist in pulling parts during busy times, operate a forklift, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The position also includes miscellaneous projects and performing other related duties as assigned. The associate will accumulate components/parts for production from the bill of materials (BOM) and identify product and packing lists by purchase order and shop area number.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Must live or be willing to relocate to within a reasonable safe commute to the San Carlos, CA plant.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 60 lbs+
- Capable of operating pallet jack & forklift
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking
- Able to work under pressure
- Punctual and reliable
- Proficient in English reading and writing, and conversant in English
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years experience preferred
