About The Position

Advanced Air is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge to support its field operations. This role is crucial for the service team, ensuring technicians are properly stocked, jobs are staged correctly, and the warehouse operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on work, organization, and supporting a fast-paced team. Advanced Air offers a stable, growing environment in the trades with a team-oriented culture where the work directly contributes to technician success. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience or product knowledge (required)
• Comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Pull materials and stage jobs for HVAC and plumbing installs and service
• Manage inventory levels and keep parts organized
• Receive, enter, and track materials in ServiceTitan
• Place material and supply orders as needed
• Deliver parts or equipment to job sites when required
• Build and assemble basic ductwork
• Maintain and organize company tools and equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general warehouse support
