About The Position

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support a large technology deployment project. This role will be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping customer equipment while ensuring inventory records remain accurate throughout the deployment process. The ideal candidate will have shipping and receiving experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working with inventory management systems.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to accurately track and document inventory transactions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in SAP or a similar ERP/inventory management system
• Experience with shipping carriers and logistics processes
• Familiarity with technology or electronics inventory
• Dependable individuals who can work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Commitment to maintaining organized inventory and accurate records

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming equipment shipments
• Accurately log inventory and package information into SAP
• Track equipment throughout the staging and deployment process
• Prepare and package configured equipment for shipment to customer locations
• Generate and manage shipping documentation
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse work areas
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with Configuration Technicians to ensure equipment is processed and shipped on schedule
