About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 10 Kenwood Circle, Franklin, MA. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, with a focus on quality and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork is essential. This is a part-time position, approximately 4–5 days per week and 24–30 hours total. The listed schedules are Wednesday through Sunday or Saturday through Wednesday, 2:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the day’s required sort work and clean-up activities as directed by site management. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers.
