About The Position

Uline is hiring Warehouse Associates for day and night shifts at its Lacey, Washington facility. Associates help fulfill customer orders and handle inbound and outbound product in a safety-sensitive, on-site warehouse environment. Day-shift work includes picking and packaging orders for same-day shipping, loading outbound trailers, and unloading supplier shipments. Night-shift work includes unloading supplier shipments, replenishing racking with forklifts or powered industrial trucks, and preparing workspaces for the next day. Both shifts offer full-time hours and overtime opportunities. The day shift is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with pay from $27 to $32 per hour. The night shift is Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with pay from $28 to $32 per hour, including a $2 shift differential. Employees must be able to frequently move packages weighing 50–70 pounds and be comfortable operating warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. A high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies are required. All positions are on-site. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

Pick customer order items and package them for same-day shipping.
Load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers.
Unload supplier shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality.
Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish product stored on racking.
Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day.
