About The Position

Uline is hiring Warehouse Associates for day and night shifts at its Lacey, Washington facility. Associates help receive, store, pick, package, and ship products in a full-time, on-site warehouse environment. Day-shift work is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with overtime opportunities. Night-shift work is Sunday through Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, with overtime opportunities and a $2-per-hour shift differential. Pay is $27–$32 per hour for day shift and $28–$32 per hour for night shift. Applicants must be proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening; the role is considered safety sensitive for drug testing purposes.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies; translation assistance is not offered.
Frequently move packages weighing 50–70 lbs.
Be comfortable using warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.
Complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

Pick customer order items and package them for same-day shipping (day shift).
Load outbound trailers with Uline product for customers (day shift).
Unload supplier shipments and ensure accuracy and quality.
Use forklifts or powered industrial trucks to replenish product stored on racking (night shift).
Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day (night shift).
