About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse. The role performs warehouse operations on the receiving dock, picks and packs orders, and assists with dock processing.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform warehouse operations on the receiving dock, pick and pack orders, and assist with dock processing.

Nice To Haves

• ERP system experience is highly preferred, specifically JD Client.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check for damage, and verify discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
• Maintain proper routing of materials while transporting them between departments.
• Enter data into a database or computerized system to keep stock and inventory records up to date.
• Retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries about stock transfers, inventory levels, or delivery schedules.
• Perform routine clerical activities according to established procedures, including updating stock cards and inventory records and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
• Assist with warehouse operations on the receiving dock, order picking and packing, and dock processing.
