About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports Wis-Pak’s logistics and distribution operations. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, tracking inventory and shipments, and completing required documentation while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The position is based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, pays $22.30 per hour, and has a 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule with Sunday–Saturday availability. Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Requirements

Forklift operation skills and ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test.
Basic computer and scanner proficiency.
Team-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 60–90°F or more.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods.
Authorization to work permanently in the United States; the company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties.

Responsibilities

Follow safety, health, quality, food safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
Operate forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors.
Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments.
Complete and file required documentation in a timely and organized manner.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
