Imperial Beverage is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate for their Kalamazoo, MI location. This full-time role involves receiving and stocking cases of beer, wine, and spirits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys physical work, can operate a forklift, and thrives in a team setting. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills to use an iPad and warehouse management software.
• Flexibility to work with varying shift end times.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 30 pounds, repetitively, and move up to 165 pounds.
• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock cases of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Operate a forklift.
• Use an iPad for warehouse management tasks, including creating replenishing tasks and receiving product into inventory.
• Replenish and stock inventory by hand and with a forklift.
• Organize product for return to suppliers.
• Receive trucks at the warehouse dock, collect and print delivery paperwork, and unload trucks with a forklift.
• Notify the team when product has been properly received and is ready to stock.
• Review the incoming truck schedule for the next day and communicate needs to the 2nd Shift.
