About The Position

We take pride in helping our teammates achieve more than they thought possible. Baesman Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment Center team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving products throughout the facility while ensuring inventory is handled safely and accurately.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment and be dependable for the quality of work produced.
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions.
• Basic math skills to count and verify inventory.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks.
• Sort and repack items by category or destination.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations.
• Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
