About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, pulling, packing, and staging materials and products for distribution. This position ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and assists with the efficient fulfillment of customer orders. The Warehouse Associate works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments, and may provide support to other company warehouse locations as needed to meet operational demands and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Able to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of performing all essential job functions.
- Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (up to 50 lb.) consistently throughout the shift.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and/or operating warehouse equipment.
- Ability to maintain sufficient visual acuity, with or without reasonable accommodation, to safely navigate the warehouse, identify hazards, read labels and signage, monitor equipment operation, and perform job duties safely and accurately.
- Ability to maintain sufficient hearing ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, hear safety warnings, alarms, vehicle horns, equipment signals, and other auditory cues necessary to maintain a safe working environment.

- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and steel-toe boots.
- Strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols always.
- Competent in safely operating warehouse machinery.
- Must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload materials from incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Move materials and products throughout the warehouse using proper lifting techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist and collaborate with staff at other company warehouse locations, and various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Occasionally assist drivers with deliveries as operational needs require.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures as well as to ensure compliance with company quality standards and operational procedures.
- Additional related tasks may be assigned as needed.
