Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing and shipping preferred
- Must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb
Responsibilities
- Unload containers
- Restock pallets
- General cleaning
- Other non-forklift duties
- Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food)
- Periodic Picker duties
- Repack in production build area
- Other duties and special projects as requested
- Communicate well with internal customers and management
- Efficiently work independent of direct supervision
- Correctly inspect and maintain power equipment (if required)
- Maintain good attendance
- Maintain safe work practices
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information
