Operations - Warehouse Associate/Retail Sales Representative I
About The Position
Continental Battery Systems is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and collaborative employee for a fast-paced organization. This role combines warehouse operations and retail sales. The associate safely recovers used batteries, performs customer installations, and handles warehouse tasks related to shipping, receiving, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance. The position also involves selling goods and providing a positive customer experience in person, by phone, or by email. The associate documents successful processes and procedures, may occasionally make deliveries to support customer relationships, and is expected to contribute process improvements while consistently demonstrating excellence. The job offers daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends if needed.
Requirements
- Experience as a warehouse associate is preferred.
- Experience with safe forklift driving practices, material handling equipment and processes, and face-to-face customer service is significant.
