About The Position

This role is for a Warehouse Associate focused on picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. The associate will also be responsible for kitting materials, handling and identifying materials according to safety and quality standards, and supporting daily warehouse operations including housekeeping and organization. The position requires cross-training and support in other departments as business needs require, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment
