About The Position

This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. The associate will also kit materials into boxes, cases, and other packaging configurations, and handle and move materials in accordance with safety and quality standards. Support for daily warehouse operations, including housekeeping and organization, is also a key part of the role. The position requires cross-training and support in other departments as business needs require, and performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. The ideal candidate works well in a team, builds positive relationships, takes ownership of responsibilities, follows instructions, and meets quality and productivity expectations. Flexibility, adaptability, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills
Basic math skills, including counting and quantity verification
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; tools and equipment are available to assist with heavier items
Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day
