About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position involves using various tools and equipment to fulfill orders accurately and maintain the warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location. * Makes necessary notes on invoices to show variances, changes, and out-of-stock products. * Maintains control and integrity of the pull cart to ensure no product is removed until the order is completely pulled. * Maintains neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting. * Maintains the pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking. * Packs wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure the integrity of the item at delivery. * Tags wholesale customers' orders according to the quantity of shipment. * Maintains security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders. * Works with and maintains TABC stamp guns and machines. * Restocks supplies and utilizes equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks. * Informs manager/lead of out-of-stocks or inventory variance on all items. * Works with and maintains computer equipment. * Assists in preparation for inventory and assists in the inventory process. * Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers. * Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity. * Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail. * Lifts 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift. * Properly utilizes a dolly and/or pallet jack. * Pushes or pulls 50-100 pounds regularly. * Other projects as assigned by management. * Efficiently carries out all directives given by the Management Team. * Works in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA. * Should possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day. * Attendance and Timeliness is required.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 21.

Previous experience in order picking preferred.
Familiarity with operating a standing pallet jack and standing fork lift.
