Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a commercial box truck.
Forklift experience is required.
Valid Class D driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent team player.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery according to customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers using a company vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Conduct daily and per-trip inspections of the company vehicle to ensure it meets safety and compliance standards.
Ensure that all loads are secure and comply with company policies and federal regulations.
Accurately complete and manage all required paperwork, including bills of lading, transfer orders, returns, and claims.
Adhere to all safety standards, report potential hazards, and promote a safe working environment.
Properly use and maintain company equipment, including gas cards, fuel keys, and GPS devices.
Respond professionally and promptly to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Participates in cross-training and is expected to support all warehouse functions as business needs require.
