About The Position

The Warehouse Associate / Non-CDL Driver fulfills customer orders by performing general shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, checking, and storing materials, as well as making deliveries to local customers. The role involves safely stocking warehouse materials, pulling inventory for deliveries and customer pickups, operating powered equipment to move inventory and load or unload trucks, accurately completing inventory counts, and delivering products to local customers in accordance with DOT guidelines and regulations. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug testing and background verifications.
• Must hold an active DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, lift, push, pull, carry, and handle materials.
• Skills include active listening, coordination, speaking, time management, and critical thinking.
