About The Position

The Warehouse Associate / Non-CDL Driver fulfills customer orders by performing general shipping and receiving tasks, including loading, unloading, checking, and storing materials. The position also makes deliveries to local customers in a non-CDL vehicle. The role involves safely stocking warehouse materials, pulling inventory for deliveries and customer pickups, operating powered equipment, and accurately completing inventory counts. Deliveries must follow DOT guidelines and regulations. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background verifications.
• Active DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to sit; use hands to find, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
• Vision abilities including close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach; exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects; keep the hand and arm steady; and perform manual dexterity tasks.
• Skills in active listening, coordination, speaking, time management, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities
