About The Position

We are seeking dependable and experienced workers to join our distribution team as a Small Package Shipper and LTL Puller. Candidates should have previous distribution or warehouse experience and be comfortable operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for pulling orders, preparing shipments, loading and unloading freight, and ensuring products are accurately staged for both small package and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments.

Requirements

• Valid DL, Clean background, and Clean drug test.
• Previous distribution, warehouse, or shipping experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Additional overtime may be required during the initial setup phase as inventory and products are transferred from another building.
• Candidates should be flexible and willing to assist with warehouse organization and operational startup activities.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process and package small parcel shipments accurately.
• Stage, load, and unload LTL freight.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Verify inventory and shipment accuracy.
• Assist with receiving incoming materials and stocking inventory.
• Support warehouse setup and product relocation activities as needed.
