About The Position

The Warehouse Logistics Clerk is responsible for coordinating and supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations within the plant. This role ensures accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing materials, maintains inventory records, prepares documentation, and supports efficient material flow while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Ability to manage time, organize, and set priorities.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems, shipping processes, and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic math skills for weights, measurements, and counts.

Responsibilities

Process and record inbound and outbound shipments.
Maintain and forecast out schedules for pickup and/or receiving.
Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy (weights, quantities, materials).
Enter data into inventory and logistics systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Generate bills of lading, manifests, and other shipping documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of discrepancies or shortages.
Maintain filing systems for logistics documentation and compliance records.
Assist in tracking material weights using scale systems and record results.
Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure proper staging and handling of materials.
Support compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
Identify and report operational issues, discrepancies, or inefficiencies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
