Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, unloading, and accurately storing incoming shipments while ensuring all materials are properly documented and organized.
• Preparing, staging, and loading outbound shipments for delivery or transport.
• Verifying shipment contents against packing slips, bills of lading, and work orders.
• Scanning, tracking, and updating inventory using warehouse management systems or handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency.
• Reporting damaged goods, shortages, or shipment discrepancies.
• Assisting drivers, movers, and logistics staff with loading, routing, and shipment coordination.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Assisting with cycle counts, physical inventories, warehouse audits, customer or vendor interactions, and other operational projects as needed to support business demands.
